Seven Tips to self care peace
Its interesting and wonderful how my day turned out. Today was the day of no questions. Today I decided not to respond to questions.....
1. Give yourself permission to not answer any requests or questions.
2. Cream your hands and feet mindfully
3. Take 5 mins to notice your breath
4. Cream you face slowly, with circular motions
5. Ask for a foot or hand rub or give your own calves' and ankle a rub
6. Say No 3 times in a row, to things you don't want to do
7. Find 1 joyful thing in the thing you already said no to if you have to do it
As a mum we sometimes have to just get on with it!
Try this for one day or even one afternoon......
